Aquavit/ Akvavit is a Scandinavian spirit, produced both commercially, or on the Homestead since the 15th century. It is traditional to share shots with friends, after a hearty meal, gaze into each others eyes, and drink to their health.
directions: just add any unflavored high-quality – local vodka to this bottle, And shake it for a week. Strain through cheesecloth, rinse out this bottle and funnel it back in. Store ice cold in the freezer.
