Fresh black mission figs are slightly roasted with honey, then slowly cooked with sliced meyer lemons. We add a touch of balsamic vinegar and sea salt to give it a full bodied flavor. Serve with goat cheese or sharp cheddar. Great in a panini or on flatbread
