Turnaround time is 24-48 hours. The heart charms are pretty small so we can’t fit words or phrases much longer than what you see in these engraved examples. If we feel that we won’t be able to fit your phrase on your desired charm, we will contact you to see if you’d like to size up a charm or change your phrase. If you purchase a chain we are happy to add the charm, or you’re welcome to bring your own chain and we’ll add it for you.
