Return / Shipping Policy

Products must be in perfect, re-sellable condition with intact packaging. Products with damaged packaging can not be exchanged. Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks for store credit only. Plants must be exchanged within 1 week of purchase. Apothecary, skincare, perfume, food, and holiday specific items are final sale. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on exchanged merchandise. Please call or e-mail the shop to initiate an exchange.

We try to ship all orders same day or next day, but we allow up to 5 days to ship your order once it has been placed. We are not responsible for shipping lead times once the package has left our store.
